terms & conditions
last updated 15 September 2026
These terms cover buying from the shop, joining the monthly art club, and using this site generally. By placing an order or joining the club, you’re agreeing to them. Questions: camcamark@gmail.com.
the artwork
Everything on this site — sketchbooks, prints, stickers, originals, the doodles, all of it — is mac’s original work and remains mac’s copyright. Buying a print or product gives you the physical item; it doesn’t give you the right to reproduce, resell, or use the artwork commercially. Colours and finish may vary slightly from what you see on screen, and handmade/original pieces are one-of-a-kind by nature.
prices & payment
All prices are in GBP and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. An order is only confirmed once payment has gone through and you’ve received a confirmation email.
availability & limited editions
Prints are sold in limited editions and originals are one-off — on the rare occasion two people manage to buy the last one at the same moment, we’ll email you and refund the order in full.
the monthly art club
The club is a £5/month subscription that gets you a surprise parcel in the post each month — a mix of prints, stickers, small originals, or postcards, picked and made for that month. It bills automatically every month via Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel any time using the link in your confirmation or receipt email, or by emailing camcamark@gmail.com — cancelling stops future billing, but we can’t refund the current month once that month’s parcel has been dispatched.
shipping & returns
See our returns & refunds page for how shipping, returns, and refunds work — it’s short.
liability
We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or the products you buy from it. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally — the date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
